Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We use trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) depending on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Vic's Boutique is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@vicsboutique.com before your order is processed.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.
